Only an hour ferry ride from the port of Piraeus, Aegina is remarkably accessible from Athens’ urban landscape year round. Its proximity makes this Saronic Isle a great destination for a weekend or summer home. Aegina has much to offer with its sandy beaches, historical monuments, and myriad of restaurants and shops.

The focal point of each maisonette is a splendid, unobstructed sea view that can be enjoyed from a large ground floor terrace and a wide balcony outside the master bedroom. Each semi-detached home has its own entrance, garden, and parking space. A separate entrance gives the option to the owner to separate the lower ground floor from the upper levels. A fireplace and dual function air conditioning system mean the houses can be taken advantage of year round. In the surrounding area, several swimming coves are within a 5 minute drive; while, for the more adventurous, access to the bay below the maisonnettes is a short downhill trek.
